Residential Service

Residential asphalt paving services are generally offered in three basic packages:

• New Driveway Installation includes excavation, a geotextile membrane, 12" (minimum) of compacted granular limestone, and pave 2" thick after compaction of HL3 Fine asphalt. Grading of asphalt is done to meet existing or proposed specifications.
  
  
• Driveway Grade and Pave includes remove one to two layers of existing asphalt, add granular limestone as needed, grade, compact base and pave 2" thick after compaction of HL3 Fine asphalt.
  
  
• Asphalt Paving Overlay includes applying a tack coat to existing surface and paving 2" thick after compaction of HL3 Fine. This option is only available for customers whose current asphalt is below required grade or whose current grade can be higher with minimal effects on its surroundings.
