Commercial & Condominium Service

Our winter service contracts are offered for Ottawa and surrounding communities. We are fully insured, licensed, equipped with a modern fleet, and provide the highest level of service. We operate this service as an employee based company, which means no sub contractors.

Our service contracts are individually tailored to suite our clients' needs, however our typical service contract starts November 1st to April 30th. The contract normally includes the first 254 cm of snow. The following services can be offered as part of the contract.

• Snow Plowing includes plowing after every snowfall greater then 2.5 cm (1 inch) and stacking snow piles with a backhoe or loader to minimize space requirement.
  
  
• Shovelling includes clearing all sidewalks, walkways, stairs and ramps after every snow fall greater then 2.5 cm. A variety of tools are used including mini tractors, snow blowers and shovels.
  
  
• Ice Control includes applying salt or grit mixes as needed. We help monitor the condition of the surface and apply the appropriate dressing as required.
  
  
• Snow Removal includes the removal of snow piles from the property and dumping. This service is offered as included in the service contract or as an upon request service.

Our client base for this service is a mixture of offices, complexes, condominiums, buildings and storefronts. All our clients would be happy to provide references. Please contact us for a customized quote.

Residential Service

We currently do not offer residential winter services, however our parent company Tree Care & Landscaping services within the Blackburn Hamlet community. They use small tractors with snow blowers to clear laneways and walkways. To contact them you can call 613-837-4879.
